Forestry Assignment

I am currently doing an assignment on the changing role of supervision in
forestry and would appreciate any assistance as to reference materials
available, or websites to have a look at.

I need to cover topics such as:	new groups e.g. contractors
				information technology
				environmental accountability
				labour market deregulation
				organisational structure
				staff expectations of flexibility and advancement
