I have 3 year old Pin Oak seedlings that are showing a deformed curling at the tips of the new growth. All the new leaves are small and appear to be curled into a tight ball. Any ideas. These trees are in good bottomland soil and are in a mixed planting with Loblolly Pine and Tulip Poplar. Thanks
