Besides the historical and biological errors, this piece was published in 
1992, and couldn't have been written after Judge Dwyer enjoined the USFS 
in 1991.  It is years out of date, and doesn't contain much relevant 
information about the PNW.

I can't evaluate the other areas discussed.
