South Carolina forester

I'm looking for Phil Richardson, who is (was) a consulting forester in
South Carolina, out of Aiken.  Does anyone have a list of foresters in
SC to check?  He may have retired by now.  He did some work for my
family in the past, and I'd like to get in touch, since I have such
work that needs being done.
