Please visit the Forestry at The Mining Company bulletin board.  There are over
50 threads that address questions asked about forestry (ie: timber prices,
stump removal) and usually answered by someone who has been there, done that. 
It is gradually becoming a great FAQ for forestry.  Also has e-mail addresses
of people who would be delighted to assist you to include a chainsaw expert.
