Hmmm, the pictures did not represent what we locally call, Rattle Box,
so I'll do a little research and see if I can find the local call. 
David, the local thing gets to 10 foot, has regular right angle
branching, single stem, Christmas tree shape, spherical seed pods on
secondary branching, usually found on new dirt, construction sites,
fresh burns, etc.
