Yep. May be one way to resolve a certain conflict on a certain tract
referred to on this forum......
We had a case in Georgia a few years back, where the owner allowed his
property to be used for marijuana cultivation. This was suburban Atlanta
forest, and in the path of development. IIRCC, it is now a "nature
preserve."
I'm not sure of all the legal distinctions, but the yacht "The Monkey
Business" of Gary Hart/Donna Rice fame was seized because the Coast
Guard found a small amount of marijuana aboard. The owner had no
knowledge it was there, he had rented the vessel out. Something about
"zero tolerance."
