 Mixing, insertion, all of the above. Take a bowl, mix a bit hope it all
goes well.

 Or worse. Done (in just few years) with "complete" "control" over the
finished "product" (enough to create headless humans, worker drones and
such).
 Yes, this is no joke and no science fiction. Besides, today's science
fiction is tomorrow's reality.

 The human tribe is headed into a hellish future and no one seems bent
on stopping it.
