WTB olive trees

I am trying to learn about growing olive trees.  I also need a source for 
olive trees.  

I live in Southern Oregon, USA, which has a Mediterranean climate.  We 
get about 1 meter of rain a year, have a 3-month drought each summer, and 
the temperature rarely drops much below freezing in the winter.  The 
climate is similar to much of the Balkans, Northern Greece, and even 
parts of Spain.

Any information on varieties that might do well here and possible sources 
for supply would be much appreciated.
