First person to plant a forest nursery

Hey all,

    I was wondering if you could help me find out who the first person to
plan a forest nursery is.  I have found John Evlyn's Silva in the mid 1600's
and Encyclopedia.com says that a planned forest was planted in germany in
1368.  Any and all information on the first person to plan a nursery would
be greatly appreciated :)
