Everyone is interested in aging. I know a lot of people here read it every day.

I don't think that a lot of people that read this group know a lot about
ageing from a clinical point of view, so they don't feel qualified to make
sweeping statments, or hopithize. They're probably like me, they read
everything you can, try to filter out the garbage, and use what's left to try
and stay as young and healthy for as long as possible.
