Cell death and differentiation

Does anyone know who the editor of *Cell Death and Differentiation* is?  
What's the general feeling about the journal - is it any good?  

I ask because I'm wondering if there is a need for another journal on cell
death.  The field is so dynamic and varied that there should be a forum 
for publication from all areas, I think.
