5-HTP raises cortisol levels

Does anybody know if there are in drugstores, a
substance called 2-3 DGP (in french). This is supposed to facilitate
the liberation of oxygen a the tissue level which is vry interesting 
for endurance sport, mainly because it has been proved safe and is not 
illegal contrary to EPO.
what I know is  P = phosphate, G = glucose..this is a 
"sel de phosphate" but that's it.
