Hello ,
I am looking for a cancer cell line without telomerase activity?
Does anyone know where I can find it, or a reference?.
The purpose is to compare the effect of telomerase inhibitors on cells with
or without telomerase.
The most common theory suggest that a specific telomerase inhibitor will
induce senescence after a delay in cell division. However if the drug has
additional mechanism, it could be expected that the cell  w/o telomerase
will die more quickly.
