Two schools of thought for the molecular basis of aging

I have heard that there are 2 main schools of thought as far as molecular
basis of aging is concerned. 1. Kanungo's theory 2. Robert Arking's 
theory Are there any other? I would love to discuss the various
contemporary approaches to study the molecular basis of aging. Please
