mold and mildew

Hi,

Have you ever heard of ANYONE?  who has had mildew and mold damage
caused by their Maintenance Departments neglect of resetting their air
conditioner after working on the Main Water Tower unit on the roof of
the Condo they live in?  If so, I would love to speak to someone about
it.
