I'll wait a while longer for the stragglers then you will have the

PS: I hope the relatively low numbers using the WWW form mean
nothing in particular. Thanks to those who used it as it is easier
for me to process automatically. One minor defect of the form is that
it doesn't give you feedback that the form has been sent after you
press the submit button -- I'll try to fix that if I can.
