That might indeed not be the most reliable and exhaustive compilation.
Compare with the case of supraspecific taxa of molluscs (other than
Cephalopoda): a high amount of these (of the order of 30 percent) escaped
registration by the Zool. Rec. during the last decades. See references
below.
