Rostraria larva

Dear Annelida colleagues,

I am intrigued by the extreme morphology of the 'rostraria larva' of Haecker 
and others, but cannot see that much is known of them since. Who was it 
who determined these things were larval Amphinomidae?  Evidently pre-
Hartman catalogue, since she has _Rostraria_ in the amphinomids.
