Hello,
At the present moment I am using RAPD molecular techniques to separate
two species of polychaetes (on a basic level). I wish to optimise my
technique with more appropriate primers.
I have a couple of papers that have used random 10mers.
I was wondering if there are any other options, and for future work was
wondering if anyone knew of more specific primers for sedentary
polychaetes.
