Cultured annelid cells

Hi Dan,

I used to culture oocytes and elaeocytes of Nereis virens for up to 2 weeks 
in a sterile culturemedium containing a mixture of salts, sugars, aminoacids 
and antibiotics (modified after Hoeger et al.: Experientia 52, 481 (1996)). 
The composition of the culture medium was adapted to pH, osmolarity and 
metabolite concentrations found in the coelomic fluid.
