Latham, E. 1962. The hydroid Leucartiara octona (Fleming) and its 
assocation with the polychaete Aphrodita aculeata (L.). Annals and 
Magazine of Natural History series13,  5:523-528.  

I've no idea of the content, but it looks rather like an 'association' has been 
known for awhile.
