To access the url you need to replace the last 2 slashes with periods! The
url ends with a slash, but it puts this on itself. The correct address is
http://www.scamit.org/
To get double-sided prints with an ordinary printer, print all the odd pages
first (look at the Adobe numbering - this is not always the same as that on
the pages) and then put the stack back in the paper tray and print the even
pages. Try a single page first to make sure things are oriented correctly.
