Today, in response to the bombing attack on the Pentagon and a car-bomb
just outside the State Department, all federal buildings etc., were closed
down. As many of you know, the Natural History Museum is on the Mall
between the Washington Monument and the Capitol. The Museum is fine,
the collections are intact and I am sure it will stay that way. I thought it
would be easier to inform all my polychaete friends of this, through the
annelid-list, than trying to reach you all individually.
