Psammodrilla-like worm

I would greatly appreciate any assistance with the following specimen.

Incomplete, several pieces , probably from same individual total length ~ 20 
mm , largest segment 9mm, width ~ 1mm. Anterior(?) indistinct , no 
appendages, Thoracic pads (?) on first two segments. Setae all hirsute 
capillaries,   Long strap-like cirri (parapodia?) starting on setiger 3 and 
continuing for all remaining setigers.  Cirri are about 0.3mm long each with 2 
hirsute capillary setae at tip.  Some cirri branch from base or  half way up , 
these branches also have 2 hirsute setae at tips.  

Specimen was found in sandy sediment  , 4 meters depth, salinity = 24 psu
in lower Chesapeake Bay, mouth of Mobjack Bay.
