You could write to journal At mba.ac.uk, which is the journal e-mail of PE
Gibbs, chief editor of JMBAUK, but also author of the paper (by strange
happy coincidence!).
Online back volumes of JMBAUK only seem to go back to 1999 at
http://journals.cambridge.org/action/displayJournal?jid=MBI
Image scanning of back issues only seems to be up to 1961 (volume 40) at
http://www.mba.ac.uk/NMBL/old_jmba/index.htm

This is always a good idea when one requests a reprint (you missed out
the volume number and pages - 61(3): 707-722).
By the way list members - if you reply helpfully to a message like this,
**please make your reply public**. Otherwise no one knows the request
has been filled (partially or otherwise). If no one seems to reply
publicly then I might do so as last resort (as list moderator). Of
course I prefer to spend my time doing more useful things than
unnecessary emails.
Nothing to do with Daniele's request but someone on another list pointed
to this very useful guide to writing to lists, and replying in email
generally. It is always good to refresh one's memory on such matters.
