Victor,
This is a very nice little handbook:
Westheide, W. (1990). "Polychaetes: Interstitial Families." Synopsis of
the British Fauna New Series 44: 1-152.
It is most useful in Europe. If you want to buy it then Backhuys
(http://www.backhuys.com/) may still have it for new, or search for it
secondhand.
Also for all meiofauna there is taxonomic information in:
Olav Giere (1993) Meiobenthology. The microscopic fauna in aquatic
sediments. Springer-Verlag.
Robert Higgins & Hjalmar Thiel (1988) Introduction to the study of
meiofauna. Smithsonian Press
Maybe there is something newer than those two, but nothing comes to mind.
