Hello all,
In relation with our fishmeal replacement project with polychaetes, we
carried out a survey in a mangrove near Tawau, Sabah, West Malaysia and
collected 29 specimens which probably belong to 5 species. Currently we have
16S RNA, CoL1 and 18S RNA primers which we could use to ID. Which one of
these or other would you recommend? Or would anyone be interested in getting
fixed specimens? I guess we could also extract DNA from the middle of the
body and send heads.
I can send photos of the specimens to anyone interested.
