The International Polychaetology Association Constitution has been
online for many years (since 1995). (For those who know nothing of the
IPA it's a front organisation enabling the succession of international
polychaete conferences held every three years since 1984.)

At the recent Maine IPC9 conference the post of vice president was added.
The version currently online (circa 2000) has a list of councillors of
the time. According to the regulations none of those there should be
still on the council, but my view is never discourage a volunteer who
organises things for you :-).
Anyway it was a very well run conference in Portland, with some great
talks. Thank you Jim Blake, Linda Healy, & all for your commitment,
time, and effort.
