Dear all,

Today (April 23) is Sant Jordi (Saint George, the one who killed the
dragon...) here in Catalonia, and the tradition requires the offering of
books and roses to the loving ones. So, to keep the tradition, I’m sending
you the links to the pdfs of two papers that apparently are still not
available at the Biodiversity Heritage Library (yet!), or at least I wasn’t
able to find them (maybe they are available elsewhere...). I hope the pdfs
can be useful, in the meantime.

I referred myself to the first one some days ago. It is normally cited as
Levinsen (1887) but according to the reprint I have, which apparently
belonged to Félix Mesnil, the publication date should be 1886 (hmmm, no, I
really do not wish to start a discussion about this...). It includes the
description of Oligolepis violacea n.g., n. sp., nowadays Macellicephala
violacea. The second one is a paper by Pixell (1913), on the Sabellidae and
Serpulidae collected during the Scottish National Antarctic Expedition, and
also includes some new species. The plates are scanned both in black and
white and in color, just in case. The first page of Levinsen’s paper is also
doubled, both in black and white and in color. I’m sorry for any
inconvenience:

Levinsen, G.M.R. 1886. Kara-Havets Ledorme (Annulata). In: Lütken, C.F.
Dijmphna-Togtets zoologisk-botaniske Udbytte, Bianco Luno, København, pp.
1-17, plate 25. [reprint available in 1886, while the book where the paper
was included and which is normally cited as the publication date was
available in 1887: Levinsen, G.M.R. 1887. Kara-Havets Ledorme (Annulata).

København, pp. 288-303, plate 25].
