I have put my somewhat ancient CD on polychaete feeding onto my website (see URL below) where it is freely available.
It is doubtless out of date but some of the illustrations may be of value to you. Unlike the original CD, the uploaded form (pdf) is not interactive though yellow notelets on the illustrations can be opened. If you have the full Acrobat program the notelets can be removed from the illustrations and the latter can be converted to Jpeg etc using Photoshop or directly. The CD is on approximately the fourth line of my website.
The 2001 version of my monograph of the Australian megascolecine earthworms is also available on the site and many full text pdfs have been added.
I hope that some of this is of use to some of you.
