Dear Barbara, Jérôme and all,

I recommend you the following excellent paper, for the determination of European Nephtyidae (includes keys):

RAVARA, A., M.R. CUNHA & F. PLEIJEL. 2010. Nephtyidae (Annelida, Polychaeta) from southern Europe. Zootaxa, 2682: 1-68.

I believe that it is available as open access at the following link:

http://www.mapress.com/zootaxa/list/2010/2682.html

I hope this helps!

All the best,

João Gil

Asunto: [Annelida] Micronephthys keys

Dear colleagues,

Can somebody recommend me the key for the determination of Micronephthys
species? Or if it doesn't exist than some separate papers with the
description of each species?

In the Adriatic Sea, there shout exist:

M. maryae
M. sphaerocirrata
M. stammeri

I have:

VIÉITEZ, J.M., C. ALOS, J. PARAPAR, C. BESTEIRO, J. MOREIRA, J. NÚÑEZ,
A.J. LABORDA & J.G. SAN MARTÍN.2004. Annelida, Polychaeta I. In:M.A.
RAMOS, J.A. TERCEDOR, X.B. ROS, J.G. NOGUERA, A.G. SIERRA, E.M. MAYOL,
J.S. MARINO & J.T. GONZÁLEZ (Editors).Fauna Ibérica,vol. 25. Museo
Nacional de Ciencias Naturales, CSIC, Madrid: 1-530.

But there is no M. stammeri there.

And also some literature with more figures would be welcomed.

Many thanks,
Barbara
