[Annelida] Phyllochaetopterus and Mesochaetopterus

Dear colleagues,

I am finding opposite information on the actual synonymy of  
Phyllochaetopterus gracilis Grube, 1863 (unaccepted - subjective  
synonym) and Mesochaetopterus sagittarius (Claparède, 1870)  
(accepted). Can somebody confirm me whether two species are indeed  
considered synonyms or they are two different valid species?
