I reply to your McIntosh question only.
I suspect the last part of McIntosh's monograph published in 1923 is not available online. It will not be available at BHL because they regard works published in 1923 or later as copyright.
If I understand the guide to US copyright correctly it will become public domain there 95 years after publication which will be 2018.
I attach the collation of the publication dates for McIntosh's monograph that appears in v4(2), p.539. It might be useful as a quick guide to what, where, & especially when.

Would someone clarify the date of the publication of Claparède's second part of the Les Annélides Chétopodes du Golfe de Naples comprising sedentary annelids? It was published in the Mémoires de la Société de Physique et d'Histoire naturelle de Genève (vol. 20, n. 1) in 1869, but was also published as separate books in 1868 and 1870 (Claparède, 1868, 1869, 1870). Both book editions have notes "tiré des Mémoires de la Société de Physique, tome XX", but the first book publication (also mentioned in the Zoological Record for 1868) has priority and is therefore should be used as the first original description of a series of species.

Another question is about McIntosh (1923) monograph. Was it digitized and available on the Internet somewhere?
