Dear Annelidans

Please find attached a notice with details of a field trip to the Flinders Ranges Ediacara Fossil sites 11-15 August 2013 (the week after the 11th International Polychaete Conference in Sydney). I realise the costs are not trivial (they are in the range $1850-$2510, $Aus, depending on the accommodation option chosen, plus airfares to Adelaide) but this will be a rare opportunity to spend 3 full days exploring iconic fossil locations in the Australian outback, staying at the Prairie Hotel, renowned for innovative cooking using local ingredients. The tour leader will be Dr Jim Gehling, a principal researcher on the Ediacara fauna.

A rare opportunity.
