Many thanks to Robin & Joao for providing the second one. And it occurs to me that the first citation has the indications of being a reprint or preprint of the same thing. What do you think? Anyway I'm acting as if it is for now.
As to what is available online, the journal coverage starts later at 1879 at BHL, and there are a miscellaneous 2 or 3 other volumes in Google books, but not I think 1871.
