at the site of the International Polychaetological Association, at

If you are interested in updating your personal information, please
follow carefully the instructions there. A corrected and updated list
will be included in the page by the end of August. I will not be able to
answer personally or to confirm receipt of all your messages, but your
info will be duly filed and used.
