I am a geneticist based in Wellington, New Zealand and one of my research projects is currently looking at the composting worm Eisenia Fetida. I am interested in the impact of toxins on gene regulation in the worm. So far I have extracted RNA from adults and juveniles and have had it sequenced. I am carrying out differential gene expression analysis and I have run my data against Capitella and currently running it against Helobdella and wondered anyone has Eisenia genome sequence data or Lumbricus genome I could use to run my data against? Thanks, Michelle
