[Annelida] unknown species

Hi Angela

Dear Angela

I agree with Andy on the first one, - looks like Paramphinome jeffreysii.
Look for these hooks. The second is a broken Edwardsia sp., possible
claparede, with the insides hanging out. The 8 rows of tubercules on the
body can been seen on the right of the picture. You don't say where the
specimens were from, but these are common North Sea animals.

Hope this helps,
Sue Hamilton

Subject: [Annelida] unknown species

Dear all,
Can you please help us to identify the species from the pictures? The first
one is a very small (probably) juvenile Polychaete and the second one we
don't actually know what it is and to which Phylum it belongs to :). I know
the pictures are a bit blurry, but hopefully you can recognize any
features.

Thanks in advance,

Best Regards,
Angela
