I was shocked to hear that our teacher, comrade and wise man, Kristian
Fauchald, has passed away suddenly. I would like to salute his colossal
contributions to the understanding of polychaetology. Many of us, including
me, has inspired from his majesty, modesty and productions and he acted us
a lighthouse in the wavy, turbulent polychaete science. I am honoured to
meet and study with him. He will be much missed and would be remembered
with great respect. I share the pains that Len and his friends are
collapsed into.
