Hi fellow Polychaete Apprecianados,
Last year’s first International Polychaete Day in memory of Kristian Fauchald was a huge success thanks to the efforts of many of you. We plan to do it again and hope to have even more sites involved this time. Please consider writing something about polychaetes to share with friends, colleagues or the public or planning some special polychaete oriented outreach or celebration at your site. If you do, please let us know about it so we can all help promote it and hear what is going on around the world that day.
If you don’t have an outlet for your writing or images, let me know and we can potentially post from NMNH Invertebrate Zoology’s blog No Bones as a guest post. Most languages are welcome, as long as we can find someone to edit it.
We will have some activities and “Experts are In” that day in the public space of the Museum so if you are near by and would like to participate, please let me know.
#InternationalPolychaeteDay
Cheers - Karen
