Actually, checking further, I do have the Google Books volume link for us. There are four Michael Sars 1862 Polychaeta articles in it. (BHL doesn't yet have this earlier vol.)

Sars introduced Dasychone new genus (now Branchiomma) in the Sabella article, on p.118-119. WoRMS didn't have this recorded for the name usages in the article but does now! And so we progress.

Hi,
I've sent the pdf to Diego. It's from the Google books copy of the journal but I don't have the link saved.
Also I've uploaded it to WoRMS http://www.marinespecies.org/polychaeta/aphia.php?p=sourcedetails&id=51726
The original name is Chone rubrocincta on p.128

Subject: [Annelida] PDF and specimens request
Dear all,
I am currently working on Sabellidae (Polychaeta) taxonomy for my master's thesis.
I need to read the original description of the species Euchone rubrocincta but I couldn't find the paper. Because of that, I would be greatly appreciated if someone could send to me the PDF of this paper:
Sars (1862) Foredrag om de ved Norges Kyster forekommende Arter af den Linnéiske Annelideslaegt Sabella. Forhandlinger fra Videnskabs-Selskabet i Christiana: 116-133.
I would also like to request for specimens of this species (Euchone rubrocinta) from Norwegian waters. I would be very grateful if you could send them to me.
Many thanks for considering my requestYours sincerely,
Diego Cepeda
