Dear worm people,
Here another message hidden from Pat Hutchings. Thank you so much to those
of you who sent greetings for Pat's retirement party! We have a slight
change of plans here - because Pat is leaving for Europe on July 2, she
really cannot make it to her own party on July 1! Therefore, in
consultation with our management, we have postponed the party until after
the conference. The party date is Friday August 19, which also happens to
be Pat's 70th birthday :) So, if you haven't had a chance to write
something for Pat, here is the chance, and as bonus, we will be able to
wish her a happy birthday. I will continue collecting contributions until
July 20 and will be traveling to the UK on July 24. I will see many of you
in Cardiff - please do not tell anything to Pat about this initiative when
you see her in Cardiff, it is supposed to be a secret. :)
