Dear all

Most of you will have paid by a credit card of some description. Completion of the Registration Form (see 'Guide to Registration' www.museumwales.ac.uk/ipc2016/Registration/ ) should automatically result in you receiving a confirmation email. This email will include a link so that you can view or manage your registration details and selections.

* Many of you will need a receipt in order to recover fees from your institution. On viewing your registration confirmation, you will find various options under 'Actions', 'Documents' and 'Calendar' to the right side of your details (see lower right on attached screenshot).

Under 'Documents' clicking on 'Receipt' will generate a receipt for your payments and this can then be printed out.

* If this online receipt is not sufficient for your needs, please contact us directly IPC2016 from museumwales.ac.uk

* Some attendees have contacted us to arrange for their institution to pay by bank transfer. In this case an invoice will be issued by the Museum Finance Department according to your conference selections and billing requirements. The invoice will be emailed to you. This may take several days.

Note, only Fees and any Tax (VAT) applicable for Registration, plus any selection of 'Pre-conference Workshop' and/or Mid-Conference Excursion' will be itemised. Fine detail concerning your dietary requirements or Conference Banquet menu selections will not be included on the Invoice, or on your online Receipt.

Abstracts
When you submit an abstract online (www.museumwales.ac.uk/abstracts/) you will automatically be emailed a confirmation and your abstract will be given a number. If you have not received such confirmation, please contact us.

With very best regards

Andy
