Dear all

To date, we have received 215 abstract submissions: 115 for posters, 99 for oral presentations, and 1 for both.

Everyone who submitted an abstract during the Early-Bird Registration period for displaying a poster should now have received an email from the IPC12 committee. If you have not, then please check your Spam folder/filter first, and - if there is no email from IPC2016 from museumwales.ac.uk<mailto:IPC2016 from museumwales.ac.uk> about your poster status - contact us with your abstract reference number.

The Abstract Submission page on the IPC12 website will remain active until 3 June to give Standard period registrants the opportunity to submit poster abstracts.

We are now considering the proposed oral presentations received, with a view to creating the conference programme, and will be contacting those involved over the following two weeks. We envisage being able to accommodate around 80 talks.

All good wishes

The IPC12 organising committee
