Hi all,
Thanks Patricia. The paper is in Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.ympev.2016.12.036 where some of you may have automatic access. I think the publisher Elsevier is in conflict with European universities at the moment over the high cost of library subscription, so many will not.
The publisher has not typeset it yet. Personally I find this publisher practice of putting unfinished proofs online very irritating (who wants a pdf double-spaced text with watermarks all over it, with figures not in their right place?). But Elsevier is selling this MS for $40 - should anyone be foolish enough to buy it they will be somewhat disappointed, but maybe one gets the rights to the final version - eventually.
I am sure Patricia's groups research is very interesting, and I look forward to the final version, but just to note this accepted manuscript is not yet published in the sense of the ICZN Code. I don't think that matters in this case as a quick look suggests that deliberately no taxonomic actions are made.
Geoff
