Dear colleagues,
thank you very much for your answers!!!
I'll forward all of them to Evgeniy Dunaev. It was his guess about species, he is true Naturalist, but specialist in reptilia and amphibia mostly.
I've asked the Annelida list before I figured out my own opinion, by the way - at the first glance, I suggested Amphinomidae (but met live Eurythoe complanata only in marine aquariums so far) as well.
((and Chrysopetalidae look more or less similar to me, but I met them on pictures only)
Concerning biotope - Evgeniy answered "1-2 m depth", about the size and substrate - I'll ask him a bit later, can't reach him now.
I attach corrected pdf with new captions
Thank you!!

> Fauvel, 1953 (Fauna of India), says that Chloeia flava has mid-dorsal purple spots and the chaetae can be white or bright yellow. However, Salazar-Vallejo et al., 2014. Zootaxa 3842:1-68, says that several species of Chloeia have been described from your region. Unfortunately I cannot think of a recent key to species.
