Thanks Karen,

Monday 2nd July here, and there have been some lovely items posted via Twitter.

People can try my Twitter stream (for WoRMS polychaetes) as a way in (if not on Twitter), then search for #PolychaeteDay, & click on 'latest' tab if you want to see the lot.

Enjoy,

Subject: [Annelida] International Polychaete Day - July 1st

Hi Friends!

This Sunday is the 4th International Polychaete Day - started originally to celebrate Kristian Fauchald and the animals he loved.

Tag your posts with #PolychaeteDay

We will celebrate at the Smithsonian Natural History with 3 stations in the Ocean Hall manned by 10 experts. We will be talking with visitors about our collection, showing live polychaetes, and talking about research on Tomopteris at the Museum. We would love to hear about your plans so we can help promote them.

Have fun and share with the world all the wonderful polychaetes out there!
Cheers,
Karen
