[Annelida] Identification of a polychaete

I concur with Smitha,
This looks like a specimen of Ampharetidae. It is missing most of its branchiae. Note the little "papillae" on the right side of its head. These are most likely withdrawn buccal tentacles. Also, note how the notopodia with capillary chaetae disappear along the body (in the region where the brown gut content becomes visible). Cossurids have capillary chaetae along their entire body. Additionally, the tentacle of cossurids is a little further back (usually around chaetigers 3), whereas this appendage (branchia) is located right behind the prostomium. Additionally, it does not appear dorsally centered, which is what you would expect with a cossurid tentacle.
Best,
Michael

I totally agree with Doug. To me, it does not look like any spionid, ampharetid or terebellid, but it does look as a cossurid.

Best,
Sergi.
