I would like to bring to your attention job possibilities in our expanding polychaete laboratory:
Akvaplan-niva, Tromsø, Northern Norway, is looking for a polychaete taxonomist/identifier to quantify polychaete samples for environmental surveys and to join an existing team of 3-4 persons. Identification tasks will take precedence during busy periods, but the right applicant may also be given the opportunity to develop our competence in, for example, molecular techniques.
We will consider applicants for a permanent position, or a temporary or part-time engagement. We also could consider sending samples for external identification services.
